How support works
If you need help with your website, you can contact me directly through the email listed on the site. I will review your request and help with issues that come from the work I created.
What to do when something goes wrong
If you run into a problem, email me with a clear description of what is happening. If possible, include a picture or screenshots so I can understand the issue quickly.
I will fix unexpected problems that come from the website I built, as long as the issue is within the parts I created and supported.
What I will and will not support
I will support issues related to the website I built, the features I implemented, and the services included in your plan.
I will not support problems caused by third-party tools, outside changes, unrelated software, or anything that I did not build or explicitly agree to support.
